Sushi(寿司)



Sushi is a Japanese dish of prepared vinegar rice, usually with some sugar and salt, accompanying a variety of ingredients, such as seafood, vegetables, and occasionally tropical fruits. However, there are often a bamboozling array of different sushi types – even just looking at the varieties of Sashimi, it can be difficult to know what type of fish is available. The Kanji characters for Sushi are also difficult, where sometimes even Japanese people are unable to read some of them!
